The sexagenarian is father of cine artist Yuna Upreti. He left the house just after the announcement of postponement of the CA meeting on Thursday night, the last day for promulgating the constitution as promised by political parties, for toilet, but was found dead next morning.Upreti had reportedly kept a bet with his neighbours in favour of the constitution being promulgated before January 22.
