Police have seized 23 kg gold from a fruit container at Jagate of Bhaktapur on Tuesday. The precious yellow metal was being smuggled to Kathmandu from Khasa. Police said that the gold was seized during a regular security check this morning. The gold was hidden at the frontal part of the vehicle (Na 2 Kha 5058).
