Koirala will be accompanied by his personal physician Prof Dr Karbirnath Joshi, relatives Mridula Koirala and Atul Koirala, and security official Colonel Prakash Deuja.The Prime Minister was recommended by doctors to undergo check-up at some 'good' medical facility after a spot was discovered in his lungs in course of a routine medical checkup here recently.The government will pay up all expenses of Koirala's checkup and treatment in the US.
