Altogether 1,959 Nepali migrant workers staying in Malaysia illegally have returned home after surrendering before Malaysia’s Immigration Department in the last six months. According to a news published in a local daily, some 15,109 illegal migrant worker from various countries including Nepal had surrendered before the Immigration Department between the months of January and June this year and returned to their respective countries.
