At least 14 people including two foreigners were killed and over four dozens injured when a crowded passenger bus met with an accident at Belkot-5 here in the district on Friday. The ill-fated bus (Ba 2 Kha 2266) heading for Rasuwa from the Capital skidded off the road and fell some 150 meters down at Tigaun. Most of the passengers were heading their home for Tihar festival. Locals and police personnel have been rescuing the injured passengers.
