Kathmandu Valley´s traffic system went haywire on Friday following protest by truck operators as they blocked the road by placing their trucks across the road at Koteshwar to Tinkune area. The agitating tipper operators under the the Federation of Nepalese National Transport Entrepreneurs blocked the road at Koteshowr by parking the trippers. The truck operators staged the protest demanding removal of the ban on crusher plants. Traffic movement was chaotic and the general public were left in lurch owing to the obstruction that began since 9 in morning.
