President Dr Ram Baran Yadav has said all-round development of the country was not possible until women come forward in society. A lot of discussions have been held on women empowerment and their rights since the International Conference on Women but still a lot remains to be done to that regard, the President observed. President Dr Yadav hoped that this Women´s Conference would come up with guidelines and concrete results regarding women´s rights and gender equality.
