5 secretaries resign just before deadline. The secretaries who submitted their resignation are Krishna Hari Baskota, Sushil Ghimire, Nathuram Chaudhary, Ganesh Raj Joshi and Pratap Kumar Pathak, all of whom are completing their five years tenure coming Wednesday.Five government secretaries have resigned from their posts Friday, a week before their compulsory retirement deadline. Under the Civil Service Act, those retiring before deadline are entitled to additional pension and other benefits from the state coffers."I resigned my post a week ahead of my tenure because the Civil Service Act allows this," said Secretary Baskota.
