Speaking at a press conference organised in the Capital today to brief the media persons about the preparations of the party’s conclave, CPN-UML parliamentary party (PP) leader KP Sharma Oli has claimed that the party will move ahead in a united manner after the slated 9th General Convention despite controversy surrounding the build up of the party conclave. Also speaking at the press conference, Chairman Jhala Nath Khanal claimed that the 9th GC of the party would be the convention of unity and prosperity. The 9th GC of the party will kick off in the Capital tomorrow.
Meanwhile, CPN-UML general secretary Ishwor Pokharel has claimed that the party's chairman Jhalanath Khanal's support will go towards KP Sharma Oli for the post of the party's chairperson.
