Maoist rebels kill 15 in India

Maoist rebels have killed 15 people in two separate poll-related blasts in the region of central India. Police said, highlighting security threats aiming to disrupt election in the world's biggest democracy. According to the police five election officials and two bus drivers were killed in a land mine blast yesterday.

According to the police five election officials and two bus drivers were killed in a land mine blast yesterday. India is having its general election to the 16th Lok Sabha from 7 April to 12 May 2014. It is the longest election of the country which will take place in all 543 parliamentary constituencies of India. People said we need a change and someone who will come and change the whole scenario. Hundreds of thousands of people in long-winding lines voted Monday in in the remote northeast of India in the second phase of the county’s national election.
