Three workers still remain trapped after a tunnel collapsed during a hydroelectric power construction on Friday. The search for those still missing is continuing through out the night.
Thirteen construction workers, including a Chinese national, were rescued today after 16 hours they were trapped by a landslide inside an under-construction tunnel of hydropower project in Tanahun Nepal. 3 more people are not yet found. 16 construction workers were trapped including 2 Chinese national in an under-construction tunnel of Upper Madi hydropower project in Sildujure of Kaski on Friday. According to the source 13 construction workers have been in contact from tunnel of under-construction Upper Madi hydropower project in Sildujure of Kaski district. The condition of other 3 people is unknown yet. Thet were trapped after a mudslide at the entrance of a tunnel. Nepal army, police has managed the passageway for air to go inside through the blocked entrance of tunnel.
