Nepal Prime Minister Sushil Koirala on Sunday asked all political parties in the country to abandon their rigidity and show flexibility for the timely promulgation of a new constitution.
"A new constitution could be drafted as per the calendar if parties gave up their rigid attitude," Koirala said at an event here.

Speaking at the 3rd National Trade Union Conference organized by Joint Trade Union Coordination Centre, the Prime Minister pointed out the need for accommodating aspirations of all to promulgate a new constitution by the January 22 deadline.
