Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma alias Prakanda, born 17th May 1968, is a Nepalese communist politician, belonging to the Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist.He is member of politburo in Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist.

 In the 2008 Constituent Assembly election he was elected from the Kalikot-1 constituency, winning 27629 votes. He was subsequently appointed as Minister of Tourism and civil aviation in the Cabinet headed by Jhalanath Khanal. Before that in 2007 he was appointed as Minister of women, children and social welfare in the cabinet headed by Giriga Prasad Koirala. Bishwakarma was born in Malkot-04 VDC of Kalikot district. He was born in a low-middle class peasant family. He played vital role in 10 year long guerrilla war (Peoples war) against the government led by Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist).
