The government has formed a committee on Monday to look into the accident in which lawmaker Hari Bahadur Khadka died on Sunday evening.An emergency Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting of the Nepali Congress on Monday decided to form a three-member probe committee to investigate into the jeep accident that led to the untimely death of the party lawmaker Hari Khadka. Khadka was injured in a jeep accident on Wednesday while going to participate in an inaugural ceremony of a Mahayagya organised by Balewa Campus. He was airlifted to Maharajgunj-based Neuro Hospital for treatment immediately. He died on Sunday evening in course of medical treatment at the hospital.
