No matter from where you fill the form probability of you being chosen is equal, just make sure you have filled the form correctly and taken photo as per instruction stated above.
The DV fever is ever increasing in Nepal. With dreams to go to the US, obtain the Green Card or become a citizen of the US, the craze to leave the nation shows no sign of abating. After all, who doesn’t want to take a little trouble to fill the online form for free and reach the US all of a sudden!
