General Secretary of RPP Bikram Pandey plunged into politics in 1990. His political venture commenced as a founding vice chairperson of RPP Chitwan. He served the party from the central member level for three terms. Pandey, ex-coordinator of students and youth wing, became the general secretary in 2013 after serving as a joint general secretary. He lost 1999's parliamentary election and 2008 CA election from Chitwan-5. Contractor cum media entrepreneur Pandey served as a chairperson at Commission for Squatters Problem Resolution. Pandey was born on April 24, 1958 in Rainas, Lamjung. Son of Chandra Raj and Jib Kumari Pandey, Pandey has two sons.RSS
