The Heads of State/Governments of the SAARC member countries have now arrived at Dhulikhel for retreat. All the VVIPs, except Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, were flown by Nepal Army helicopters. Modi flew on an Indian Air Force helicopter which he brought with himself in Kathmandu .Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, however, is not present in the retreat due to health problems.President of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani; President of Maldives, Abdulla Yameen Gayoom; President of Sri Lanka, Mahinda Rajapakse; Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi; Pakistani Prime Nawaj Sharif and Prime Minister of Bhutan, Tshering Tobgay are participating in the retreat but Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina Wajed, has not been arrived so far at the venue.
