Nepal Police arrested a men on the charge of extorting money impersonating themselves as police yesterday. Police detained him while he was charging money from motorists in the name of checking licenses . The arrestees is Sagar Thapa. He fell into the police net based on the complaint that they were extorting money disguising themselves as police constables.District Police Officeis preparing to charge them under the Public Offense Act, said Inspector Harinandan Chaudhary.
