Decorated and Green Kathmandu for saarc slowly changing back into normal
state. The The capital was green for Regional Cooperation (SAARC)
Summit that Nepal hosted on November 26-27.
This was the third time for Nepal to host the regional summit after the
establishment of SAARC in 1985. The intensified planting of new saplings
and flowers in Kathmandu Metropolitan City is slowly disappearing.
