CPN-M Secretary Netra Bikram Chand had announced formation of new party on Saturday in Chitwan. In a press release on Saturday, the party said that its immediate work plan was to ensure the formation of a national government. Chand had announced that he had severed ties with Baidhya’s leadership for failing to be the proletariat’s vanguard.
