Chairperson of the Political Dialogue and Consensus Committee of the Constituent Assembly Baburam Bhattarai has said parties have agreed in principle to the call the Mohan Baidya-headed CPN-Maoist to join an all-party conference to bring the party on board the statute drafting process. The former prime minister also delivered his lectures on recent political, social, economic aspects. Dr Bhattarai also gave his speeches on Nepal´s past, present and future situation, current situation of neighbouring countries, Nepal´s trade and commerce with them and the domestic and external reasons of Nepal´s underdevelopment.
