The death toll of Sunkoshi landslides in Sindhupalchok HAS reached 33 by Monday.
According to the Ministry, 27 persons were injured whereas 155 persons have gone missing.
All of the injured have been taken to Kathmandu for further treatment, according to a press statement issued by the MoHA Spokesperson Laxmi Prasad Dhakal this afternoon.
Dhakal said security personnel are working on to search missing people and open the flow of water from the blocked point.
It also remarked that water level has been gradually decreasing after controlled expansions yesterday.
Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Bamdev Gautam had visited the affected site earlier this afternoon.
