A son and niece of CPN-Maoist´s secretary Netra Bikram Chand were found drugged in the capital city on Saturday evening. Son Nachhetra and niece Manju were rescued by the locals, as they cried for help. They have been undergoing treatment at Intensive Care Unit of Om Hospital, Chabahil, now, said Dambar Rawal, a party leader, adding that the two said a group of three to four persons drugged them forcefully.
