Prime Minister Sushil Koirala is ruturning home today, following his one month long medical treatment of his lung cancer in New York, USA.
While in New York for medical treatment since 17 June 2014, PM Koirala underwent medical examination as well as radiation therapy at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC). PM Koirala was seen off by Ambassador Durga Prasad Bhattarai, Permanent Representative of Nepal to the United Nations in New York, Rishi Ram Ghimire, Charge d´ Affaires at the Embassy of Nepal to the United States, Sewa Lamsal Adhikari, Deputy Permanent Representative of Nepal to the United Nations among others.
