Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is arriving in Kathmandu on a three-day official visit to Nepal this evening to co-chair a meeting of the Joint Commission (JC) scheduled for Saturday.
The JC meet is expected to dwell on various issues of mutual concern and take up additional confidence building measures to further strengthen ties been two countries.
