Debate Continues in Constituent Assembly In Nepal

Three major parties have reached an understanding on Sunday, paving the way for resuming Parliament business that has been stalled since the past one week over the issue of budget transfer. On today's constituent assembly debate arise after BIjay Kimar Gachhadar said, Prime minister and othe rmember may make a trip to Varanasi.

Also, Senior leader of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that the 13th general convention of the party will have to be postponed. The convention that was supposed to be held in the coming month of Bhadra will be postponed due to lack of necessary preparations, leader Deuba said. Speaking at a press conference organized by Press Union at his home district here today, the former Prime Minister said the functioning of the present government is slow because it is a coalition government.
