While speaking In the inaguration ceremony of a 43rd Central General Prime Minister Sushil Koirala said,"the Constitution will come within a year."
Sushil Koirala is a Nepalese politician. He has also been President of the Nepali Congress since 2010. Koirala was elected as Prime Minister of Nepal by the parliament on 10 February 2014. Koirala joined the Nepali Congress in 1954 and served in various capacities prior to becoming its president in 2010 and he has been Prime Minister of Nepal since 2014. In a briefing to the diplomatic community in Kathmandu Thursday evening,Nepal's Prime Minister Sushil Koirala his government would not allow any activities from the Nepali soil against the neighbouring countries, Xinhua reported. He also said said China and India are top foreign policy priorities of his government.
