Nabindra Raj Joshi (Born on 8 January 1964, Kathmandu) is the leader of Nepali Congress. He was elected as Constituent Assembly Member representing Kathmandu, Capital of Nepal in 2006 and serves as a member of State Restructuring Committee on assembly.
He is also Spokesperson of Nepali Congress, Parliamentary Party. Joshi started his political career as a student leader. He was elected as Central Committee Member of Nepal Student Union in 1980 and later became General Secretary in 1986. He was elected as Secretary of Free Student Union at Trichandra College (1982–1984), first college of Nepal.
