After trekking in the Mt. Everest region in Nepal, I got stuck in Luckla for a couple days whicle the fog rolled in. When I went to catch my plane, this happened. Upon landing in Lukla, the plane lost breaking ability and skid into the concrete wall at the end of the runway. It took some time to clear the runway because they don't have tow vehicles at the airport

Nepal Airlines Flight 183 was a scheduled domestic passenger flight
operated by a de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter that crashed in the
jungles near Dhikura VDC about 40 nautical miles (74 kilometres)
south-west of Pokhara, Nepal, on 16 February 2014
Nepal Airlines Flight 555
Nepal Airlines Flight 555 was a short domestic scheduled flight from
Pokhara Airport to Jomsom Airport in Nepal of about 20 minutes' flying
time, operated by Nepal Airlines.
2010 Okhaldhunga Twin Otter crash
On December 15, 2010, a Tara Air de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter
crashed in Nepal shortly after take-off on a domestic passenger flight
between Lamidanda Airport, Lamidanda, and Tribhuvan International
Airport, Kathmandu.
PIA Flight 268
Pakistan International Airlines Flight 268 was an Airbus A300B4-203,
registration AP-BCP, which crashed on approach to Kathmandu's Tribhuvan
International Airport on 28 September 1992. All 167 on board were
killed. It is the 100th aviation disaster with more than 100 fatalities
and the deadliest aviation crash to occur on Nepalese soil.
Sita Air Flight 601
Sita Air Flight 601 was a Nepalese domestic flight, due to be operated
with a Dornier 228, that crashed on 28 September 2012, three minutes
after it departed Tribhuvan International Airport, killing all 19 people
on board.
Thai Airways International Flight 311
Thai Airways International Flight 311 was a flight from Bangkok,
Thailand's Don Mueang International Airport to Kathmandu, Nepal's
Tribhuvan International Airport. On 31 July 1992, an A310-304 on the
route, registration HS-TID, crashed on approach to Tribhuvan. All 113 on
board were killed.
Yeti Airlines Flight 103
Yeti Airlines Flight 103 was a De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter
Series 300 registered as 9N-AFE. The flight crashed on final approach to
Tenzing-Hillary Airport in the town of Lukla in eastern Nepal on 8
October 2008. The flight originated from Tribhuvan International Airport
in Kathmandu.
