UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the 22-party alliance was taking to the street to promulgate the constitution through consensus.Addressing a mass meeting organized by the 22-party alliance in the capital city today, Dahal said the major concern of the movement was to make sure that people´s voices are heard by Singha Durbar [the government´s central secretariat] and ease the constitution writing process. Pushpa Kamal Dahal also said on Friday that the ruling parties--Nepali Congress and CPN-UML—had befooled him time and again in the past. Likewise, chairman of Madhesi People´s Rights Forum (Democratic) Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar accused the ruling parties of foiling the environment of consensus.
