Ballot papers allegedly used in 2013 Constitution Assembly election have been reportedly recovered from the banks of the Kaligandaki river in Kushma Municipality-10 in Parbat district. Khagaraj Gautam, district secretary of UCPN (Maoist), said that a local man, Giridhari Sharma, had come across the ballot papers on the river banks. There were altogether 200 ballot papers, all bearing the voter’s stamp on the election symbol of UCPN (Maoist).
