At least 31 hikers are feared dead in Japan after being found in a lifeless state near the peak of a volcano that erupted in saturday near 200 kilometres west of Tokyo.The volcano erupted suddenly and there was no time for help. More than 250 people were hiking Mount Ontake when Mount Ontake was hit by erupting volcano. Japanese authorities never confirm death until after a medical examination. Many Hikers are still missing.
