According to state news agency Xinhua, Southwestern China earthquake kills more than 175 while injuring more than 1,400.in Yunnan province. More than 12,000 homes have been collapsed in Ludian where a densely populated county located. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the magnitude-6.1 quake struck at 4:30 p.m. at a depth of 10 kilometers. The detail of earthquake has yet to come. Similarly in 2012 the earthquake killed 81 people in Zhaotong, China.
