(CIAA) Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Thursday caught a government employee red-handed for receiving Rs 30,000. A CIAA team lead by SP Sher Bahadur Basnet arrested Nayab Subba (non-gazetted officer) Chabiram Kafle with the cash at Thursday afternoon 1 pm from his office room at Kathmandu District Administration Office, Babarmahal.
